When it comes to Talent Management and Recruiting challenges, the HR industry has made significant strides in the past decade. While some employers rely on stock options and bonuses to hire and incentivize their workforce, others may take the newer “Google workplace” approach of offering in-office amenities such as nap pods, and giving employees free time for creativity.
