Public Disclosure: Prompt, Incorporated (PromptInc) does not collect personal information from individuals.

Computer software products provided by PromptInc:

• are licensed for use by PromptInc to organizations for the conveyance of organization-owned-and-managed information to decision makers in the employ of the organization, and
• are to be used strictly on organization-owned computing hardware, within the confines of the organization’s internal networks or on networks external to the organization deemed satisfactory by the organization for the intended purpose.

Individuals in the employ of organizations under contract with PromptInc who have expressed data privacy concerns, have recourse only within their organization which is solely responsible for "Safe Harbor" adequacy adherence, should the organization so elect.
